RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following terms:

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item/s, please email customer service at customercare@bonitanchic-2d36ee.ingress-baronn.easywp.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Return Form.  After receiving an RMA number, complete the Return Form and place the return item/s  securely in its original packaging, and mail your return along with the completed Return Form to the following address:

Please note, unless otherwise notified by our customer service department, shipping charges for returns are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least eight (8) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

● You have (30) days to organize your exchange or refund from the date of purchase.  Please return all product/(s) in their original condition, with their tags and labels in place.  Product must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.  Nursing Pads cannot be exchanged or refunded for hygiene reason.

● BONITA N CHIC will replace a manufacturer’s defect on any product purchased from its online store within 30 days of the product purchase date. For products not purchased from the BONITA N CHIC online store, please contact the retailer from whom the product was  purchased. Each product will be evaluated for defects by our customer service team.  Any product received that is deemed not to be a manufacturer’s defect (e.g. wear & tear, misuse, damaged) will be returned “as is” without reimbursement.
